I wanted to take a brief moment to tell you how much I appreciated you and your staff for taking the extra time and care in regards to the extensive dental work that was recently performed on me. As you know, there was much apprehension on my part due to the anesthesia and the amount of work that needed to be done. The anesthesia experience was remarkably comfortable. Your professional team, which includes your staff and Dr. Mitman, made the experience very pleasant.
It was extremely comforting to have received the follow-up phone calls from your staff, but most impressive was your availability to meet me on a Sunday afternoon and also to provide your cell phone number if I needed anything. Also, I would like to mention how impressed I was with Dr. Mitman's follow-up, both before and after the procedure.
Now that it's been a couple of months your follow-through and detail to the functionality of the teeth has been exceptional along with the instructions to continue with maintenance and care for the future.
